When a customer calls asking to know when their bin is likely to arrive or be collected the easier way to see where they are up to is to use the scheduler. Navigate to the dashboard by clicking the hiary icon in the top left of the screen. Now click the schedule link as seen below.

On the right hand column you will be able to see what jobs have been done as they will be grayed out as seen below where the first two movements have been completed:
